'Daddy Cool'... But With Kids
PRESENTED BY JEREMY DOOLEY
WEDNESDAY 25 JUNE - 1:30PM
Jeremy Dooley is one of the fastest rising stars on the Australia comedy scene, having sold out at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and headlined across Australia, Europe and Asia.
A few months ago he took on his biggest role to date...fatherhood.
Since being a dad he has noticed there is stuff all entertainment for the parents during the day. So with that in mind, Dooley is debuting a daytime comedy show for parents who would normally be at home with the bubba. Bring the pram. Bring whatever it is you need. Jeremy will take care of the laughs onstage.
Presenting a show in this context is an experiment. It could be a disaster, but at least we'll be able to laugh about it.'Relatable, raw, refreshing' - Forte Mag
'The best light-hearted, 'laugh 'til your guts hurt' comedy show you will see' – Weekend Notes

Church to Courthouse will culminate in A Concert of Dance #17, a public showing put together by participating artists.

A Concert of Dance #17
HOSTED BY REUBEN MACDOUGALL DI MANNO
SATURDAY 2 AUGUST - 5PM
Judson Dance Theatre presented performances in the early 1960’s including a through line of 16 that they called ‘concerts of dance’.
A Concert of Dance #17 will feature pieces from the workshop series, chosen by participants, that they would like to restage or try another iteration. “They often do nonsensical, outrageous, and boring things, and many of the things do not amount to much, even, I would guess, by their own inscrutable aesthetic measurements. Sometimes they carry on like children at play who want to be watched by adults...”
